Description:
The area covered by this geoid estimate
is 35 ° < lat < 44° , -10° < lon
< 4° with grid spacing of 1.5' x
1.5'. The computation is based on the
remove-restore technique, using the high
resolution digital terrain model SRTM90m
for the topographic reduction and the
new EIGEN-CG01C geopotential model. The
solution has been obtained in one step
only over the whole area using the FFT
estimation method.
